| JS World Trading, Inc. will gladly accept the exchange of defective items with the original receipt and original package up to 7 days after the Invoice date. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns and exchanges. You must contact a JS World representative for the RA#. If store credit is requested, there will be a 25% restock fee. In other cases, there are NO refunds. Return Postage will not be credited. When a replacement is requested it will be sent to you in your next order same with store credit it will be apply to the next order. |

| A dozen price will be given ahead of time if more than 6 pieces of that same item is purchased. Discounts for the total amount will not apply if the dozen price is already given. |
